Required Documents

Passport and Passport Cover Copies (colour) of Employee.

One photograph (white background) of each sponsored person

Original Education Certificate (for skilled employees) or scanned copies attested by the UAE Embassy in Home Country and Foreign Affairs in the UAE. For attestation and translation requirements, Call: 055 188 7121.

National Identity card copy for some nationalities (IRAN – PAKISTAN – IRAQ – LIBYA – AFGHANISTAN).

If Employee inside the UAE required existing visas or cancellation copies.

Other important information

A passport copy should be more than a six-months validity period.

Your employer must first apply for a work permit  through the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE).

Entry permit through the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA).

After approved, you will enter the UAE on an entry permit, complete a medical examination, apply for an Emirates ID and labor card (Work permit).

Finalize the residency visa stamping application through your employer.
